Mayapur ISKCON, also known as the International Society for Krishna Consciousness, is a spiritual community located in Mayapur, West Bengal, India. It is considered the spiritual capital of the world and is home to the headquarters of the ISKCON organization.

Today, it is home to thousands of devotees who live, work, and practice their faith in the community.

Mayapur ISKCON is centered around the worship of Lord Krishna, who is considered the supreme personality of Godhead in the Vaishnava tradition. The community's main temple, the Sri Mayapur Chandrodaya Mandir, is a magnificent structure that towers over the surrounding landscape and is one of the largest temple complexes in the world.

The temple is a place of worship, learning, and service. It offers daily puja ceremonies, kirtans, and lectures on the teachings of the Bhagavad Gita and other Vaishnava texts. Mayapur ISKCON is also known for its annual festivals, which attract thousands of devotees from around the world. The most important festival is Gaura Purnima, which celebrates the appearance of Sri Chaitanya Mahaprabhu, the founder of the Gaudiya Vaishnava tradition, who is believed to be an incarnation of Lord Krishna himself.

During the festival, devotees engage in kirtans, processions, and other activities to honor the life and teachings of Sri Chaitanya. Other festivals celebrated in Mayapur ISKCON include Janmashtami, which celebrates the birth of Lord Krishna, and Radhastami, which honors the divine love between Krishna and his consort Radha.
